CopyClips utilizes Open AI's GPT-4 and GPT-3 to create AI-generated video scripts from text content provided by the user. By using CopyClips, you acknowledge that your AI-generated video scripts are created by these models and agree to the terms and conditions of Open AI.

Fees and Payments

The use of CopyClips is subject to a subscription plan, which may vary depending on the service you choose. You agree to pay the fees associated with the service you select. CopyClips reserves the right to change the fees at any time. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14-days of purchasing your subscription.

User Conduct

You agree to use CopyClips for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the application to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Publish, post, or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Use any automated tools to access or use CopyClips
• Engage in any activity that violates these terms and conditions or applicable laws. Termination
• CopyClips reserves the right to terminate your access to the application at any time for any reason. If your access is terminated, you agree to immediately cease all use of the application.

CopyClips is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranty of any kind. CopyClips makes no representation or warranty that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of the application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopyClips shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the application.
